ZD3185 - Validate Contact Numbers​

Adds specific validation for mobile and landine numbers to vendor contacts and user accounts

  1. Providers - add mobile specific validations for all supported countries
  2. Enforce stricter landline validation (previously it was generic but now is country specific) ·        Mobile Aus: +614 with 8 numbers following. e.g. +61411111111.
    Note an outlier here is +61440 - +61446 will be marked as invalid as these numbers are unallocated in Australia. ·        Landline Aus: +612, +613, +617, +618 followed by 8 numbers. e.g. +61211111111. ·        Mobile NZ: +642 followed by 8 or 9 numbers. e.g. +64211111111 ·        Landline NZ: +643, +644, +646, +647, +649 followed by 7 numbers. e.g. +61411111111

Australia New/Edit - Contacts

  • Mobile Aus: +614 with 8 numbers following. e.g. +61411111111.

ZD3314 - Extraction Panel​

Tow Jobs where the Action Taken field has been set to “Tow Provider Dispatched” and the Driver Controls Released field has been set to “No, but RSA attended. Tow Vehicle, Go Jacks/Skates required” will now set the Select Job field to “Vehicle Extraction Tow”. “Vehicle Extraction Tow” jobs will be auto dispatched using the new Extractions panel.

ZD3119 - Case / Job Locations | Restrict Aus clients to Aus locations only​

  • Added country-based location restriction to prevent cases and jobs from being created with locations outside the client's allowed country. - By default, all clients are restricted to the first country in the ASGARD_PORTAL_CLIENT__MAP_REGION config (Australia for AU environments). - Specific clients (e.g., Maserati NZ, Avida NZ) can be configured with a "Country Restriction" parameter to allow alternative countries (e.g. NZ). Vehicle Locations: - All current Australian client phone numbers default to Australia however, the user can set the parameters to allow or restrict addresses outside of Australia - When the client (LDV) has not been set up with the parameter it will use the tenant default and stop user - Client is set up for NZ e.g. Avida NZ/Maserati NZ - When the client (Avida NZ) has been set up with the NZ parameter it will allow New Zealand address and stop Australia addresses - When trying an Australian address, the warning message will be displayed and case cannot be added - Client is set up for AU e.g. Foton Australia - When the client is set up with the AU parameter it will allow Australia addresses only. - When trying a New Zealand address the warning message will be displayed - Edit Case/Edit Job with a New Zealand parameter - Edit Case/Edit Job with a no parameter or an Australia parameter **Add Services **- When adding a new job for an AU client and using an Australian address the Add Service button is enabled - With a NZ location on an AU client case, confirm the "Add Service" button is disabled. Changes: When selecting a location via the map dialog (Google Places), an error modal blocks the selection if the country doesn't match the client's allowed country Added "Country Restriction" to the predefined client parameters dropdown for easy configuration Backend prerequisite: Configure the "Country Restriction" parameter with value NZ on client nodes that should allow New Zealand locations (e.g., Maserati NZ, Avida NZ). Clients without this parameter default to the first ASGARD_PORTAL_CLIENT__MAP_REGION entry (AU).
